Tour Summary
The program begins at Pirate’s Landing on the western side of the beautiful Indian Arm Lake, where the group gathers for a brief welcome and introduction session before we start our hike. This is a light and enjoyable nature walk — not a technical hike — so no special equipment or advanced physical preparation is required.
We’ll cover a total distance of about 12 kilometers. After approximately one hour of hiking, we’ll stop for breakfast in the heart of nature. The trail starts at around 20 meters above sea level and gradually climbs to a maximum elevation of 426 meters. From there, we descend with the same gentle slope toward our final destination.
Please note: this is not a loop trail, and the end point is different from the starting point. So if you’re not driving your own vehicle, we recommend coordinating a shared Uber or taxi with others. To find out who else is registered from your area, feel free to reach out to the program leader — they’ll be happy to help you connect with nearby participants.
The hike ends around 2 PM at the beautiful Twin Falls and the iconic Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, sitting at 124 meters above sea level — a peaceful and memorable journey through the lush forests of North Vancouver.
